Grade 8s and 9s in his school assessments, across the board. Starting in Year 7 is the reason. By Year 10 you are repairing. Before Year 9 you are building.

He gives the adhan at his school now. He started with me in Year 5.
He is in Year 8 now. I have given the adhan at Jummah at Masjid Ibrahim for over five years, and he used to hear me do it every week. So we practised it together for a while, not because I set it as work, but because he wanted to. Then he put himself forward at his own school, and that part was his idea, not mine.
Grades are not the only thing that transfers out of a room like this, and they are not the only thing I am watching for.

Worked out from their own published monthly fees over the same thirteen weeks, checked 28 August 2026. Explore Learning do not teach GCSE science, so that row is their maths plus a science tutor at the local rate. These are my calculations from published prices, not quotes from them.
